Return Policy
Thank you for your purchase. We value you as a customer and believe quality should never be a compromise. If you are not satisfied with your merchandise you may return your item for a store credit.
WE DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS.
Customers are responsible for all shipping cost if items are returned.
All Items returned must be unworn and must have tags attached.
Shay's Earrings and Accessories is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.

- Jewelry
Exchange Policy
- If you are not satisfied with your merchandise and would like to exchange you may do so for equal value. Merchandise has to be returned within 5 business days from the date received.
- Merchandise must be received in order for it to be exchanged.
- We will take full responsibility if merchandise is damaged in transit to the customer.
